Our policy lasts for fourteen (14) days. If fourteen days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Any missing items in the package will not be credited nor accepted for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns must fulfill the above conditions. Delivery charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for their return shipping charges.


Exchange merchandise must be claimed within fourteen (14) days. If fourteen days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. There will be a 15% surcharge applied to all exchanges after the claiming period. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All Exchanges must follow the same return criteria of packaging and item conditions being the same as received.

Return & Exchange Process  

To process your return by-mail, please contact requesting for an RMA to process your return. Be sure to include your Name and Order Information (Items purchases and order number). 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an expensive order, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, further we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 weeks.

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns / exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and special prices cannot be refunded.


Gift Cards

Gift cards do not expire therefore we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
