How do I qualify for professional prices?
All Professionals in the Beauty industry qualify for our professional prices. Spa/Salons owners are also qualified to purchase. To purchase, please send your business information or esthetician ID for verification to us at (Text or email us) at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship internationally?
Yes all products will be shipped via UPS ground and/or DHL Express for international orders.

Can I be exempt from Sales Tax?
We are required by local and state laws to collect tax where we have business operation in. If you already have a Tax-Exempt filled, please send us your resale-certificate form to us at email@example.com
How soon should I expect to receive my order?
All Domestic orders will be shipped UPS, unless otherwise stated. Each order will contain a tracking once order is fulfilled. Our fulfillment time is typically 1-3 business day. On special occasions (Holidays for example) may require 2-5 business day.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Account" on the top-right corner. You will be asked for your login email address to retrieve your password. Instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you still do not remember your password, you can contact us to reset your password.
Out of Stock Products
How do I know when an item will be restocked online or stocked in stores? Each Product page have an "email me" feature that lets us notify you when your product is back! If the product says "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again.
If the item you ordered stated [Pre-order] on the product page, It will specify when the product will be shipped.
